We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Electrical Supply Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory management, process improvements, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain flow. Your leadership will drive efficiency, optimize warehouse workflows, and support the overall success of our electrical supply distribution.
Role Description:
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of electrical supplies.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to foster a productive team environment.
- Oversee procurement processes, including purchasing and vendor relations, to maintain optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
- Implement process improvements using lean methodologies and continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor budget adherence, analyze supply chain analytics, and manage supply chain risks to support profitability and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision with a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or operations management.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and freight/shipping & receiving processes.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams in fast-paced environments; forklift certification is preferred.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in warehouse operations.
